Zheng Bo‘s work "ÖKO-RECHT“ addresses debates surrounding the rights of plants and nature. Here, the growing Brassica juncea reflects more than just the common ways in which humans deal with plants, which today are mostly cultivated and therefore modified for human benefit. It also addresses our dependency on plant life for food and oxygen production. But what rights do plants have? (Text by Julia Thiemann)
